Important Delivery Information:
- Order Processing: We batch orders for printing and usually don’t have all items in stock. Please allow 15-30 days for processing and delivery.
- Shipping: If you choose to have your order shipped, it will be sent via ground transportation. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the time of year.
- Tracking Information: Once your item has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Local Pickup: For our customers in the Kelowna, BC area, we offer the option of local pickup. We will contact you once we receive the finished product to make arrangements for you to pick up your order in person.
- We are volunteers doing this work, so please be patient with us as we carefully process your order!
