This year’s 50+ Pride Picnic is back—and it’s better than ever! We’re adding a lively afternoon Tea Dance to the celebration, creating a joyful space especially for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks aged 50 and up and their partners.

Date: June 22, 2025 12-4 pm

Location: Peachland 50+ Activity Centre – centrally located for easy access from across the Okanagan

Join us for a delicious indoor picnic-style lunch, followed by an upbeat Tea Dance featuring a live DJ Altair and entertainment by Sophonda Dick. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with a cash bar, complimentary soft drinks, coffee, tea, and water, and a chance to win fabulous door prizes.

Admission is by donation—pay what you can. If you’re unable to donate, please come anyway. Your presence is what matters most. Those who are able to give will help cover event costs and support Advocacy Canada’s community work. Please be sure to register here so we know numbers for catering purposes.
